I'm Lara and I love pretty pale petals, sunlight, milkglass, and tattered white vintage wooden things. I found this sweet shabby step stool a few weeks back and I just love it. Did I tell you how much I love to find things that are naturally tattered by time? I do! I really dislike the look of distressing with sandpaper; it's just not for me. I used to do it, of course, but ack, no more of that for me. :) Can you believe these buttery yellow carnations are over a week old? They are the flower that just keeps going.
I have been craving pastels lately. I get this way every time spring is just around the corner. And now that I am seeing Easter stuff out, I really have pastel fever. Clothes, barrettes, you name it! Look out. ;)

ReplyDeleteThis is such a bright and happy post! We love the same things...weathering by hand is not for me anymore either. I much prefer things weathered by time.
