Me and my daughter had a little girl time today.
I painted her nails with her favorite girly glitter pink nail polish from Piggy Polish. I don't know why it is marketed for "goes on the toes" because it goes well on both tips and toes. :) The nailpolish is sold with a cute ring on the handle, but since we have had this one a couple years now, it's long gone.
Over the weekend we did some warm clothes shopping at Old Navy. I pretty much always find cute girls clothes there. She is wearing a new berry pink waffle weave top and I couldn't resist getting a puffy vest. I was drawn to the white one! I told her I wanted to take some photos of her wearing it before it inevitably becomes dirty, ha. ;)
I love the look though for fall.
And for the first time, I let her use my tinted Burt's Bees lip balm for fun...
of course she gobbed it on.
Windy windy windy here today!!!
It's howling outside.
Have a great rest of the week!

ok, you have become beyond great at photography! And you have the cutest little model to work with you....she's a natural behind that camera. :)
ReplyDeleteSounds like you are enjoying all the pretty and fun things about fall. I enjoy reading about it all ~

Aw, thank you! :)
DeleteWhat a sweetheart Lara!! I have 2 boys so I don't get to have mother-daughter fun like that. But I do get to play Lego's and transformers! :)
ReplyDeleteShe looks so cute in her new outfit and I love the colors.
Your photos are beautiful as always!
Hope you have a lovely night.
Sincerely,
Melinda
She looks so cute! Ever since my daughter took lipgloss and drew circles all over the back of the couch, I try to hide anything related to lips around here :)
ReplyDeleteYour daughter is beautiful and the pictures are great!!!

complimenti per queste meravigliose immagini!
ReplyDeletewhat a fun way to spend the day! Her little pink nails are so precious...almost as precious as her out in the field that day! She's a doll and you two look so much alike. I love it when that happens!
ReplyDeleteI love how you much time you spend with your daughter. It's really great.
