A lazy, sitting about home kind of day. A three-cup of coffee kind of day. A cuddling on the couch with the kids kind of day here. Ah, Fridays.
I have been playing around with processing effects and I love this Polaroid one. It seems to bring out the glaze of the cherry skin and make them look extra juicy. I like that.
I even changed my Twitter background to be this photo. The little things that amuse me.
We got a nice, most welcome rain storm this afternoon. It filled the house with late dusk like light at 11am. I just love summer thunderstorms. Like a tropical rainforest how they come and go.
I am off to the farmer's market tomorrow for some ingredients... the summer fruit obsession happily begins.
